  In the standard specification, the length of "piezo cable" and "sensor cable" is 2m.
  However, due to wiring and controller placement in the equipment, there may be a need to extend the cable length.
  Simply extending the cable at this time may increase electrical noise and affect resolution and repeatability. In particular, the electrical signal of an electrostatic capacity type displacement sensor is weak, so the cable length greatly affects its performance.
  Therefore, the "sensor amplifier board" normally built into the controller is removed and used as a relay amplifier to amplify the signal once close to the piezo stage, and then the cable length is extended as desired.
  This method makes it possible to extend the overall cable length while maintaining performance without degrading the signal-to-noise ratio.
