Can it be manufactured with materials that are non-magnetic and thermally stable?

  • Target Products

    Piezo stage, force sensor

  • Issues

I would like to consider using non-magnetic or thermally stable materials for the body of the product.

  • Response and Suggestions

Catalog standard products are made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel as the main material, but can be made of any material suitable for the application.

<Manufacturing results and features of piezo stages>

Aluminum alloy: Lightweight and easy to process, it is most commonly used in our company.
Steel: Suitable for high rigidity and load capacity.
Stainless: Martensitic materials are mainly used for environmental resistance and non-magnetic applications.
Titanium alloy: Used when incorporating into equipment that requires nonmagnetic characteristics.
Super Invar: Due to its low coefficient of thermal expansion, it is used when the effect of ambient temperature change is particularly small.
